The scope of work consists of the replacement of the existing structure carrying SR 4007 (Bavington Road) over US 22 and a culvert extension over the branch of Raccoon Creek. In addition, the roadway will be reconstructed 950 feet on each side of the structure and updating the drainage, guide rail, pavement marking and signing.
